Buckingham Fountain ( Chicago )

Buckingham Fountain is a landmark in the middle of Grant Park in Chicago. Dedicated in 1927, is one of the largest fountains in the world. Built-in rococo wedding cake and inspired by the Latona fountain in the Palace of Versailles, is meant to represent allegorically Lake Michigan. It runs from April to October, regular look at the color of the water and night lights. In winter, a fountain decorated with lights of the festival.
